Who we are
This website, artomdigital.in, is operated by Artom Technologies LLP, Bangalore, India ("Artom", "we", "us"). Artom is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about privacy at hello@artomdigital.in.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- your name, work email, company and, if you provide it, your phone number
- whether you are a brand or an agency, and your approximate monthly ad spend
- anything you write in the message field
- the page you submitted the form from
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
Who we share it with
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email.
- Apollo.io, the sales platform we use to manage business contacts and follow-up emails.
- Cloudflare, whose Turnstile service checks that contact form submissions come from a person rather than an automated program. It processes technical information about your browser and connection for this purpose only.
These providers process data on our behalf and only as we instruct.
International transfers
Our team is in India and some of our providers are in the United States. When personal data from the UK or the European Economic Area is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case your client agreement applies. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own server. The spam check on our contact form, provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. If we add analytics or visitor tracking in the future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw your consent, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email hello@artomdigital.in and we will reply within one month.
If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK. If you are in California, you have the right to know about and delete the personal information we hold about you, and we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
